The IPCC was the work by volunteer scientists reviewing all the published science to that date. It just so happened that a lot of those reviewers also were experts on the field, but it is clear that you are the kind of person that will avoid to consult the experts if you have a prostate problem or will consult and vote for a quack like Carson.
