You find yourself running out of cigarettes all the time now because you smoke them all while reading post after post after post after post of five-page threads that you need to catch up on because you’re new or someone expected you to actually be at work or clean something and you’re too damn lazy to go get cigarettes so you end up smoking butts even though they’re gross and then you suddenly notice that you have just written the longest damn sentence in your life, of course, making you smile so coolly. 🆒 ---

you have screenshots of the ‘neat’ post counts. you know, the nice round ones 🙂 I have them pretty evenly divided between home and school, depending where I was at the time. ---

I had a dream in which I was at a library and found (and read) the book version of a movie which had just been discussed in Cafe Society. Part of what made it funny was that I wasn’t sure that the movie in question had a book version and even if it did, it would not appeal to me. Nor had I ever seen (or will I ever see) the movie. ---

You open your e-mail every few hours to find 34 new messages - and they’re ALL from your subscribed threads. You use things like IANAD and IMHO in e-mails to friends, who write back to you with a “huh?” You now realize that the rest of the Internet exists for the sole purpose of backing up SDMB posters with links and cites. ---

When you go outside and are hit by blinding sunlight, you shreik like a coal mining pony being led into the brightness for the first time. Everytime you let a SBDfart rip in a public place, you think of Lieu. Everytime you use a public restroom to do some serious pooping business, you cannot help but think of all the rules about ‘courtesy flushing’ and whether or not it is in bad form to play video games or talk on the phone while pooing. ---
