I love Indian food, but there’s simply no way I could do that for every meal for the rest of my life. I think I’ll pick Japanese. ---

Chinese was the first thing I thought of, and if I have to further specify to placate whoever is putting this restriction on me, I’ll slightly more hesitantly go with Szechuan. ---

my gut instinct was to go with indian, but i’m lousy at cooking the stuff. i’m a way better chinese cook. do i get money for take-out? if not, i’ll go with chinese. if so, send me to the subcontinent. ---

My problem is that I never met a cuisine I didn’t like. I love them all, even Russian, as heavy as it can be. Those folks sure love their butter and sour cream. So, having to choose, I’d grit my teeth and say Greek. ---
