I forced myself to explain to my republican sister the alternate meaning of “tea bagger” and “tea bagging” a few weeks ago while she was throwing around the political meaning of the terms. She refused to believe me and claimed that mine were the recently made up definitions. She later shared my definitions with others of her rabidly republican ilk, not one of whom would admit to ever having heard my definitions. This is a scary world I find myself living in. ---

So is **Lonesome Polecats** ’s admission that he has friends and relatives advocating sedition enough to bring him and his friends in for questioning? Is posting to a message board considered an “overt act” in terms of criminal conspiracy? Of course in this sort of serious matter maybe the pre-9/11 thinking doesn’t apply and we should take then all to Guantanamo. This may be just the tip of the iceberg for domestic terror cells. We don’t want the first warning sign to be a mushroom cloud. I’m pretty sure I know where the domestic terror cells are: they’re in the area around Kansas and east, west, south and north somewhat. ETA: I wonder if Palin will mind if we say the Tea Baggers are petarded. ---
