# You suddenly die right now.  What's the (potentially) longest time before someone finds your body?

I live alone (two dogs) and work from home about half the time. Today is one of those days. Tomorrow I’m scheduled to be at a meeting at 8am, and since I am one of the speakers at said meeting, my absence would be noted. With that fact, once I fail to respond to the various “where the fuck are you?” texts, I think by tomorrow night, someone is making a visit to the house and looking in windows.
