I think you just need to finish her sentence: “I’m sorry we disagreed…that I’m a thief and totally out of touch with reality. Actually, I’m only sorry that I didn’t get my way. The trouble I caused everyone else, I don’t care about, cause everyone should know by now that I should always get my way, because I’m always right, and nothing’s my fault. - Joan.” There. With the climate in business today, being a tug of war between ethics and $$$$$, how about a line of cards for situations involving one’s work ethic? Both sides. I wouldn’t mind a continuing thread on the adventures of TC – or at least an update from time to time. She has become so real to us now. You could sell TC dart boards with her picture on them. ---

This is like being in the middle of the now infamous Carol Burnett sketch “As The Stomach Turns” - also the one w/the inept office worker (Missus Whiggins!)" for all of those who may remember both of those bits from back in the day. To answer the question from the visiting “Auntie Em” awhile back there - that was my initial impression also (“why/how does this person still maintain employment there?”) 😕 As far as a lot of these other peoples interpretations of this ongoing saga, some are probably not too fully aware of how much “office politics” can truly play into every day affairs in any office anywhere across the globe. Is why I am happy now w/a blue collar position where I’m able to walk away much more easily from any situation even closely resembling something of this and/or prior (1,2 & 3)magnitudes. That all said & done, Maureen - you probably don’t wish a Mercedes THAT badly - or if you do, I’d glady give up a Honda for one :dubious: ! I’ve got to see now about signing up and paying for this mess just to see how long all of this can go on w/out a fight!!! 😛 ---
