OK, I’ve seen the pic before, and obviously know who the characters are; but where did the pic come from? And why? Eli ---

No-one–not even David Suzuki–is that cool.
I was at that show man, Chewbacca was totally off his ass on 'ludes and the sound totally sucked.
Wasn’t that the time they played the old Grandstand? I tried to get tickets to that show and never got to Ticketmaster in time after work and they sold out before I got there. Ticketmaster sucked then and they suck now. [sub]I had the poster and my stupid roommate in college stole it the day I moved.[/sub] ---

My friend once made a page for the band “Dead Jedis”, that included numerous articles on the bands progression, and pictures. Darth Vader encouraging the crowd to “Mosh like RANCORS!” was a big hit. Sadly, I’m pretty sure it’s gone to the digital ash-heap. ---

When I was a kid, the coolest dude was undoubtedly the smug guy in the disco-era [“Poverty Sucks”](http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.povertysucks.net/graphics/povsucks.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.povertysucks.net/povsucks.html&h=602&w=482&sz=40&hl=en&start=3&tbnid=sh_V3-133ltV7M:&tbnh=135&tbnw=108&prev=/images%3Fq%3DPoverty%2BSucks%26gbv%3D2%26hl%3Den%26ie%3DUTF-8) poster. Or so I recalled. Then I Googled the image and was struck by how vacant (and un-smug) the guy’s actual expression is. And I also misremembered him as wearing a bowler hat. Oh well. The ice bucket perched on the Rolls’ front bumper is a nice touch, though. ---
