I like my “second thought” better as a possible answer, but I’ve found other things in there as well if you magnify it. Other things I see: a watch or clock, an egg, and another face. ---

Not seeing a face, I loaded it up in photoshop and played with brightness and contrast but still don’t see anything. But after sitting here for so long I’m feeling a bit impacted. ---
