Aside from the usual survival stuff (food and gear) one thing I would want is plenty of pens, pencils, and crayons. And of course lots of paper(both lined and unlined) to write and draw on. Also multiple decks of playing cards. And other assorted board games. ---

Or at least that works in theory with deer. Buckskin underwear for everyone! Although I think you can’t have apocalyptic sin without at least a good amount of happy naked time. In the apocalypse, who cares about cancer and if that worry is gone there is no reason to go back to chewing, smoking cigars and pipes. We won’t be making cigarettes though they’re just nasty. ---

Nice round stones make a perfectly acceptable substitute, as any National Outdoor Leadership School alum can tell you. A big handful of snow works as well, albeit with some, um, \*invigorating \*side effects. ---
