any other electronic music fans out there annoyed at songs w/ titles like, fatboy slim vs daft punk vs chemical brothers vs madonna vs eminem vs depeche mode vs micheal bolton vs et al that is just some moron putting 2 or more records on at the same time and recording them all at the same bpm, despite the fact the sound HORRIBLE together? maybe i should have learned by now, but i KNOW the fatboy slim/rolling stones - rockafella skank/satisfaction song was actually made by normon himself. dammit i want my illegal music pirating to be faster and more efficient with less hassles! ---

Adam Ant and Nine Inch Nails doing Ant-oldies “Red Scab” and “Beat My Guest” live. Damn, I wish I’d seen that concert. Also, “Hang on to your ego” from Pet Sounds - Brian Wilson and Beach Boys. And finally - “the Song That Never Ends” by Brak from the Space Ghost Cartoon Planet. You can guess the lyrics. ---

Several songs by C-Tec (industrial band comprised of elements of Front 242 and Cubanate) that I can’t seem to find on any album (even in their discography). Sad thing for the RIAA is that I’d BUY this album if I could find it. ---

Oh, wait… I forgot to tell y’all about my best MP3… That would have to be a song by the '80s one-hit-wonder pop group Giant Steps; the song being “Another Lover”. It was semi-popular when I was in HS, and for some reason, occupies a space in my head. I wonder if there’s a surgical operation to remove it 😃 Robin ---

Songs from two movie musicals that are unfortunately out of print: The Muppet Movie I don’t care about contract disputes. This album should be in print. Maybe then I wouldn’t have had to seriously consider shelling out $50 on eBay for a CD. Bugsy Malone A fairly obscure Alan Parker (Commitments, Evita, The Wall) film about kid gangsters, this is notable for having Jodi Foster as a moll and Scott Baio as the lead. Some surprisingly good songs on this. ---

Art Alexakis (frontman for _Everclear_) was in a punk-country band called _Colorfinger_ prior to making it big. I have always been told that there was no copies of the band’s music because the record company that held the rights burnt down. Once on a whim I tried Napster and **wow**!! There were actually a few songs saved somewhere that some great person put onto Nap. Now tell me, where else but a service like Napster would I ever have found those ? I had gone to a few record stores to see if they could find copies and had no luck. BTW, the songs are great ! I felt very fortunate to be able to hear this obscure, yet cutting edge groups tunes. Yet another reason to validate Napster. - **NM** ---

Leonard Nimoy’s “If I Had a Hammer” and Shatner’s “Lucy in the Sky (dramatic pause) With Diamonds!” As a trek fan who also enjoys a big helping of cheese, these are great. Add in the fact that I have collected Tolkien memorabilia for over 20 years, I am now officially hunting for the track that Mojo mentioned! ---

I wanted to add another entry- The Gourds _Gin and Juice_. Much better than the original Snoop version and blows the doors of the crappy Dynamite Hack cover of _Boys in the Hood_. This one is a must download. ---
