# Your community's 4th of July

The area has many Soviet immigrants. They are thrilled to be in the USA and to have freedom. They show this love with huge displays of massively illegal fireworks every fourth of July. One year some one shot off a flare gun - twice.

This year, besides some very impressive fireworks, I saw two police cars and a fire engine.
