Your current Dog breed and it's name

I forgot to mention Bluebelle (dog sr.) Beagle to the bone! Its not that I love her less, I bottle fed her, her mom snubbed her, but she is so quiet and unobtrusive, she is kinda like a well loved chair. But, really she is Mr. Wrekkers dog. Korkie is mine all mine!

Georgie the Beggar (Am Staff/German Shepherd mix) nearly 9 yrs old.

Sonny the Awkward Sitter (APBT mix with possible Sharpei) 5 yrs old.

Loving the pix!!

I own a female Boston Terrier.

Sky says howdy!

Rescued chihuahua (from a dumpster) named Taffy. She may have a bit of a mix in her, but she’s predominantly chihuahua.
Purchased dachshund named Dallas Reesis, or Reese for short.

Both are named after candy, because they’re sweet. Reese is mostly dark brown/black, but with some highlights of peanut butter brown. Taffy is a mixture of a honey color and white, like a toffee. But we liked the sound of “Taffy” better.

Black lab Mozart (goes by Mo).

I’m in love with Luna! I couldn’t see Georgie’s pic, and I really want to, because the best dog I ever had was a Pibble/GSD mix named Dina. I don’t have any pictures of her photobucketed, because she died 12 years ago, but she was beautiful and smart. She could heel off-leash, and hold a lie-down stay, even when I was 50 feet away, dangling her favorite toy. She came up just short of the AKC Canine Good Citizen Award-- she couldn’t pass the part about separation anxiety. Otherwise, she would have nailed it. She NEVER jumped on people. If she wanted you to pet her, she came up to you, and sat at your feet, and looked up at you, and just waited. She also did tricks. She was an amazing dog. She must have known 100 words.

Dina sounds lovely! What a smart girl. Let me see if I can get Georgie’s link to work for you. Alternate link just in case.

Awww! Georgie’s face is shaped just like Dina’s; her coloring was different, but I see similarities. Does Georgie have a curly tail?

Golden retriever named Nebula, retired Guide Dog breeder just turned 13.

No, his tail is pretty much AmStaff tail…hurts like a whip when he wags it and it hits you.

Tracy is a catahoula.

And they would love you, too,** Beck**!

A guy came out to the house today, and this crew was all over him. Almost embarrassing. But he was driving a German car…

That was their home-boy, My son and his family have a dachshund, named Biscuit, he is a hoot! They are the clowns of the dog world, for sure!

Ten year old Bear is a lab/husky mix, rescued shelter dog. He’s the muscle.
New girl Shoga (Japanese for “ginger”) is a red heeler cross–I think she’s got some greyhound or whippet in her, need to get her DNA checked. I adopted her this spring from my former sister in law, she’s a little over a year old. Very goofy, super playful, sits on Bear’s head a lot.

1 y.o. Boston Terrier named …
…Spartacus

Not our choice, it was already his name when we got him. We alternatively also use Sparky and Farticus.

9 year old GSD named Andy DuFresne (escape artist)
4 year old Doberman Drago
2 year old dobie mix Quinn
1 year old catahoula mix Frankie (Old Blue Eyes)

Plus four cats and 3 horses

StG

A big beautiful St. Bernard named Daisy, who will be 6 in January.

Also know as Amazin’ Daisy, Crazy Lazy Daisy, Daisy-roo-roo, Deezee, and occasionally “Large Hound”.

Vaya is shelter mutt mix #5. As of yesterday, she’s officially picked up on “fetch” and likes to sit on her hip a la Sonny. She’s afraid of linoleum, raised voices, and everyone that isn’t Papa.

7 year old mystery dog named Squirrel.

Got her at the shelter at 7 weeks, staff said the mother was a german shepherd, but I doubt that very much. (They also named her “Agatha Christi” and that just wasn’t going to work)

If I had to guess, I’d go with rottweiler/australian shepherd mix, but she actually looks dead on like a tibetan mastiff, just about 1/3 the size.
