I change the background just about every time I’m on the web. It’s so easy to right-click on any picture. Last week it was an Edward Hopper picture of a 30’s gas station. Then a drooling teething baby. Then a 3-d computer graphics rendering of a japanese flower arrangement. Right now it’s Nikki Cox and Bobcat Goldthwait, I found when getting a review on her new show. ---

I’m surprised nobody has mentioned the venerable [PROPAGANDA](http://www.ibiblio.org/propaganda/) yet (dear god, will their website ever stop getting weirder?). I’m currently using [the-bot-is-dead-7.jpg](http://images.themes.org/resources/background.954891586.jpg) (tiled, of course). ---

Right at this moment, it is my grandaughter. I have a whole directory of wallpaper, though. I even have phony versions of the MS default ones. My versions of “clouds” has a little bird flying in it. I have “bricks” and “grass” and “leaves” and “rocks” and “ducks” and half a dozen nebulae. I also have an icon editor, which is great fun. Instead of “My Computer” I have an apple with a bite out of it, named “Byte Me” My network neighborhood icon (I have no network) is entirely transparent. It is named “quack” but is lined up so that the name doesn’t show. Tris ---

Work systems have circuit diagrams on them, jpgs of a couple of my co.s chips. My home systems have original art done by friends or commisioned by me. Generally fantasy characters or scenes. ---

I hope that doesn’t make me a bad person. ---
