I had one of those! They were actually made for cats, but my dogs loved them when they were puppies. Mine said: "I’m going to get you! Hey, what are you doing? Oh no! Ahhhhhh!"
Scared the hell out of me one night when I went down to the kitchen to get a glass of milk and bumped it with my toe.* “I’m going to get you!”* is something you do *not *want to hear in the middle of the night in a dark room.
I think it depends on the dog. My last dog could care less about toys.
Chloe my current dog loves toys. In fact in puppy school I had to bring a toy instead of treats for training her because she couldn’t care less about food but loves to play.
Forgot-
Chloe
West Highland Terrier
She’s 2 and loves balls and squeaky toys but I have a hard time getting any that she’s able to squeak. I guess her mouth is small.
Not too bad, because when she gets a new toy it doesn’t take long before she breaks the squeaker. Microchip toys are far more annoying, like the “barking bone” my wife bought for her. ugh.
