With the apparent enjoyment of two threads with similar purposes: [The greatest actors of your lifetime](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=556561) with 48 Replies and 650 Views and [Best Western (movie)](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=556655) with 81 Replies and 734 Views …where the intention is to get preliminary data for polls on those topics, maybe we can do similar things with TV Shows, past and present, all genres. If you can limit it to a Top 5 or a Top 10, great. Otherwise, just make sure they are indeed favorites. I’ll start with: The Sopranos Cosmos House Nova Deadwood Whatcha got? ---
