Michelle Yeoh. She was one of the few to come across as _believably_ capable and intelligent, not just a model stumbling over a multisyllabic dialogue. Sophie Marceau gets 2nd, for pure raw smoldering hotness. ---

Dame Diana Rigg as Tracy (Bond’s ill-fated fiancee and briefly wife in _On Her Majesty’s Secret Service_) is my favorite, closely followed by Michelle Yeoh, who was one of only two redeeming things about _Tomorrow Never Dies_. Honor Blackman (“My name is Pussy Galore,”) is also in the running, as is Carole Bouquet (the vengeful Melina Havelock in _For Your Eyes Only_), Eva Green (Vesper in _Casino Royale_), and Famke Janssen (despite how cartoonish her character was she managed to pull off the role with aplumb…I think she’s a much underrated actress). Certainly there are others that are prettier, but I rather prefer the Girls that can keep up with Bond rather than those who have to be towed behind like so much dead weight. Stranger ---
