I love all of my children…don’t make me choose!
The one that gets shot the most, other than the .22s, is my Garand. The handgun that gets the most attention is my Browning Hi-Power.
Otherwise, what GusNSpot said.

Barrett M82A1, Kimber Custom TLE/RL II, with .22LR quick conversion kit. Also a CZ85, and Berretta 92 , and for Standard/Sport pistol competition: High Standard Supermatic Citation.
And I’d like an Anschutz 1403 and an Achiever to call my very own (I shoot the 1403 from my Rifle Club in competition and trained on the Achiever for 18 months before being informed that it was far too short for me, still a fun gun to shoot, and will make my kids (if/when) a good training rifle).

I have to admit, I’m a bit intrigued by the Zeleska .600 Nitro Express Revolver.
My favorite is the Zero Point Energy Field Manipulator, AKA the Gravity Gun.
Phase Plasma Rifle in der 40 watt range.
Sig P226 Sport Stock
Sig P220 Hard chromed with a Bar-Sto ported barrel, some fiber sights, Sig action job, Hogue wraparound grips, and a Mitch Rosen 5JR to carry it.
Glock 20 10mm
Beretta 92 Brigadier Inox in 9mm
I’ll second the P90, and the FiveSeveN to go along with it.
Also would love to have a M14…too bad you cant get a real one…
My favorite gun is a 1920’s-style death ray.
If not that, then give me the M-16/M-203 over/under combination rifle and grenade launcher.
Bazooka-style rail gun.
If not that, then a Dessert Eagle, with oversized, puffy handgrips. Make them out of marshmallow. (get it? dessert? Oh, I give up. I got nothing!)
A mini-gun, Barrett Light 50, and a Gyrojet pistol.
I don’t own any, but I have long had my eye on:
Beretta 92/96 in staineless steel. I can’t decide if I want it in 9mm or .40 S&W, but I have always liked the look of the Beretta, it fits my hand well and shoots pretty nice. The stainless just has a good look.
Webley Mk I (I think). The standard british officer pistol from the 1800s. Break open action. Pretty cool gun. Seen “Zulu” one too many times.
Colt Peacemaker (or other wild west type pistol). Keep thinking about joining a civil war reenactment troupe - so I want to be prepared.
The range I go to has a nice S&W 686 for rent - with a 9" barrel. Very very easy to shoot - put a bunch of .38 through that.
They also have a full auto MP5 - which I haven’t used (yet).
dammit pout
If my Dad were still alive, I’d show him this thread & let him have the computer for the day. He knew & loved guns, and while I’m pro-gun politically, I just never acquired either the knowledge or the affection.
I wouldn’t mind having:
Glock .40 cal. Its what I’m used to shooting, and I’m pretty good with it.
Thompson sub-machinegun w/ drum clip. Classic, a man’s gun!
BAR. Another classic.
Mossberg 500. The ultimate home defense weapon.
Hey, just what you see, pal.
Dont’ know what would make them “naval” specifically, but I have a flintlock pistol. I love it.
Although I am familiar with each of the individual words in the above quote, I don’t understand what they mean when strung together in that particular way.
I want to own a Beretta 8000 Mini Cougar F, but I’d love to shoot a Barrett M82A1.
Airman Doors, USAF:
You open a gun thread (just hours after I had closed one) as a blatant sideswipe of poster According to Pliny. This is what is known at the SDMB as being a jerk.
Consider yourself formally warned.
