I’ve been amassing a collection of photography websites and portfolios I like after reading a lot of photography blogs. I’m now interested in hearing about some of your favorites. Here are some samples from my list. Portfolios/websites: [Katie Shapiro](http://katieshapiro.com/index.php?/project/portraits/) - portraits [Jonas Peterson](http://jonaspeterson.com/) - weddings [DuckDuck Collective](http://duckduckcollective.com/blog/) (John Carl, Ally Powell, Matt Addington) - fashion, lifestyle, pop culture Flickr galleries: [anna hollow](http://www.flickr.com/photos/buttercupdays/) - portraits, lifestyle [Benedetta Falugi](http://www.flickr.com/photos/benedetta_f/) - landscapes, locations [Bernie DeChant](http://www.flickr.com/photos/razorbern/) - art photography, portraits, locations My list skews toward the young and modern, because that’s just the stuff I’ve run into personally. But I love photography of all different eras and styles. ---

Since I first saw her work in London in 1976 I have loved [Mary Ellen Mark](http://www.maryellenmark.com/books/books.html). I think she is the best black and white photographer I have ever seen. The linked site is very generous with hundreds of images available in the books listed. Hours of browsing. ---

> [@Electric\_Warrior](#): > > [Benedetta Falugi](http://www.flickr.com/photos/benedetta_f/) - landscapes, locations I would classify this as hipster photography more than anything. To think this sort of stuff gets a hundred time the views anything I’ve ever done gets. _headdesk_ ---

Are we going with world famous photographers, or the less known ones? If the former, I really like [Erwin Olaf](http://www.erwinolaf.com/) (many images NSFW!!), although he is more of a digital artist than a straight photographer, and [David LaChapelle](http://www.lachapellestudio.com/). For more amateur photographers, I like quite a few, but [Citronic](http://citronic.deviantart.com/) is one of my favs. ---

[Joshua Hoffine](http://www.joshuahoffine.com/horror-photography/photos-pi_4.html). Creepy as all-get-out. Of his more recent photos, I like [Babysitter](http://www.joshuahoffine.com/horror-photography/babysitter-summer-2009-4_27_46.html).
