My favorite play is a 22 Trap or an Inside Trap. When it works it’s usually a devastating run that just explodes through the middle of the defense. If the defense gets caught in a twist or stunt you usually see a RB running at full stride that just bulldozes a lonely safety.

Here’s a fun YouTube video I found of a HS team simply schooling a couple opponents on it. Though, in fairness a couple of the runs are actually Bellys.
