I love the _Lord of the Rings_ soundtrack…Although I can’t always listen to it because it makes me a bit verklempt (sniff…sob). Also, _Magnolia_ is an amazing collection. I’m still not sure if I even liked that movie, but the soundtrack is fantastic. Go Aimee Mann! ---

For more than 40 years I have loved the soundtrack of **Lawrence of Arabia**. I never get tired of this music. ---

The only soundtrack I’ve ever bothered buying was from a little-known flop called _Angus._ It’s got one of my favorite Green Day tracks ever along with a couple of good songs by an Irish band called Ash, among others. ---

My dad took me to see that in theatres when I was about nine years old! I’ve been wanting to see it again recently. The lead singer, Andrew Strong, also appears to have some solo albums.) I loved Jane Horrocks’ singing in _Little Voice_, but I’ve been stopped from buying the [soundtrack](http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00000FDMT/qid=1125873197/sr=2-1/ref=pd_bbs_b_2_1/103-5186342-6931027?v=glance&s=music) because only two of her songs from the movie are included on the sountrack! It also doesn’t look like Michael Caine’s version of “It’s Over” is on there either. Otherwise, I’m sure I’d love the soundtrack. ---

I second **Mr Blue Sky** ’s _Xanadu_. There are at least 4 really hot songs on that. My favourite would be _Mo’ Better Blues_. ---
