My favorites: mega the roo, for the reasons stated on a late-night post where I poured my heart out to her. Imthecowgodmoo, though I always wondered how it was punctuated. Is it “I’m the cow god, moo” (moo being the name of the cow god) or “I’m the cow god. Moo!” (moo being what the cow god says? SwimmingRiddles, because it just sounds so darn lovely. Flora McFlimsy, Eve’s former handle. She changed it long before I got here, but she’s referenced it a few times, and I think it’s nifty and perfect for her. evilbeth, because just hearing the name makes me think of an evil grin with eye teeth just slightly sticking out. Green Bean, because she’s my sister and the name somehow fits her really well. quadell, or more properly, my quadell, because of the explanation and the way the your quadell/my quadell fits together (as some Christians get to think of Jesus as their personal savior, I, like other SDMB’ers, get to think of quadell as my personal quadell) A girl. She’s just A girl, but so much more. By representing herself as one anonymous girl, she comes to represent all of girldom. ---

Every time I hear it, I think of my dad because ever since I first saw that screen name, I just think that’s how people my age look at my dad. He’s their “Uncle Beer.” It makes me feel warm and fuzzy. ---

Wow, I’ve been mentioned several times! I knew I was on to a good thing when I came up with my handle, but still, it’s nice to be noticed. So, here are my favorites, in no particular order: UncleBeer (Very… avuncular. Very… refreshing. Very… malted.) Drain Bead (Conjures up some very strange images indeed) Catrandom (Makes me think of a rambunctious kitten scampering about the room for no apparent reason.) Pixoid (Not entirely sure why it’s one of my favorites, but it is.) psycat90 (And OpalCat and CatRimbaud and Gr8Kat and… what!? I like cats!) Chrome Toaster (For some bizarre reason, I always imagine the cover of a superhero comic, with a toaster where the superhero should be.) tipiwoo (Very fun to say.
