That’s right. In the book _Harpo Speaks!_, Harpo tells of his tour of the USSR. He read his name on posters everywhere, and in the Cyrillic alphabet it looked like it said “Exapno Mapcase.” It’s an irresistible phrase.

You’re not the only one who gets that picture. I always imagine a cross between the [pokemon](http://www.ktf-split.hr/~eni/goran/pokemon/slike/133.gif) itself and the [animated](http://img5.allocine.fr/acmedia/medias/nmedia/18/36/04/44/18448072.jpg) Anastasia.

(The only way to get this one in your PokeDex is if you evolve the Eevee during a Communist revolution.)
