Since someone already mentioned _Breakfast Machine_ from **Pee Wee’s Big Adventure** , I’ll go with _Now You’re a Man_ by DVDA, from **Orgazmo**.

An M-A-N MAN!

I love the score to Hal Hartley’s **Amateur** , by Jeffrey Taylor and Ned Rifle.
“Dueling Banjos” from **Deliverance** , composed and arranged by Lester Flatt and Earl Scruggs.
That wasn’t Flatt and Scruggs. It was Eric Weissburg and Steve Mandell.

Also, it turns out [it wasn’t an original piece of music, but a rip-off](http://www.devedia.com/dosghost/music/dberrata.htm):

> [@](#):
>
> Things got even more difficult when Arthur Smith, who had had a 1945 million seller with the famous “Guitar Boogie”, pointed out that he had in fact written and recorded an almost identical tune, which he called “Feuding Banjos”, in 1955. Normally the authorship of a bluegrass banjo tune wouldn’t create much fuss, but Dueling Banjos sold in excess of a million copies.
>
> Smith eventually won a lawsuit over the issue, and the composer of [“Feuding Banjos”] and the composer of “Dueling Banjos” are now officially one and the same man. - [Arthur Smith]

And now you know…the _rest_ of the story.

Main theme from “Ragtime” (1981) I think the vocal version is “One More Hour”. Here’s Amazon’s samples from the soundtrack:
