I do rescue transports frequently. Mostly dogs, occasionally cats. Today I did a freedom run for a pig. Possum the Pig was a guest at the Atlanta Animal Control, and rehomed to a rescue. They do correctly note that this is “an” original, but no one knows how many copies there were - possibly up to 40. The four _originals_ are still in England, the best of which is in Salisbury Cathedral. Of course, John never signed the document presented by the Barons at Runnymead; he affixed “The Great Seal of England” to it, which immediately made it law. He never had any intention of obeying it - he was a truly nasty piece of work and had been forced to a muddy island by the rebellious barons, halfway between Windsor Castle and London, to complete the deal and transfer a vast amount of power to the people. Well, some of the people. Rich men, mostly. ---

I wondered about that. How could a five-year-old get over the barrier to fall overboard. Even adults would have to be fairly determined.
