Well, the threatened rain hasn’t really shown up, it’s just been misty really. Today’s mission was: go to nearby town and get a list of stuff. I wound up going to another nearby town as well (which has an excellent bookshop, one item was a book I couldn’t find at town 1) and calling in a few places on the way.
Overall I had a successful quest, but I did not manage to find acceptable sandals or a small gift for 2 year old niece (I’m gonna send a little box of small gifts for all 3 of 'em, the book was for the biggest one). I’ll have to go out tomorrow I think to find something. Problem is they already have so many things; I’m thinking maybe a dress-up item, she seems to be into that, but the pickings appear rather thin.
