Generally I don’t. But this would demand my acting completely out of character, and unfeelingly. My first thought would necessarily be “what’s wrong”, which would overwhelm anything else. Unless she had a history of blacking out at unexpected times, my immediate concern would be her well-being. Even if that were the case, though, it’d still be the over-ruling concern in this case. ---

OK… so I’m assuming in the hypothetical that my wife is one of those fainting goats where this happens often and non-dangerously. Either that or I’m omniscient and instantly know everything. In those hypotheticals (and only those hypotheticals), I suppose I go ahead and finish. But in anything even remotely resembling real life… are you kidding me?! Losing consciousness is a pretty big deal. ---

No actually, I think there is a worth while conversation to be had here. Right now the poll reads that an overwhelming majority of men would stop. Yet the few women who have participated in this thread are split 50/50. That indicates to me that there is a gap of communication between men and women. As of this post: 65% say to stop. 30% say to finish. 5% said “other”. So, you have ⅓ of the poll saying, yeh… Finish it off. But it seems this is mostly in circumstances where you’re passed out from drinking or something and have been in a steady relationship. Still, my wife just collapses on me in the middle of it? It’s a few attempts at arousal (heh) otherwise it’s 911 time. ---
