Surely you’ve read all the legal forms, had both your attorneys give them a once over and carefully looked over any addendums or riders before signing your Coitus Agreement? If you follow along with the hypo, you’d know that they do not need medical attention. You know this for a fact because that’s how hypotheticals work.
