“One Headlight”: For the longest time I thought it was _The incinerator Will pull it all together_ I still hear that when I hear the song. “Silver Bells”: When I was a kid, for my school holiday program, the teachers got together onstage and sang this song. Their diction was not very clear. For the opening lines, I thought I heard _City cyborgs, Busy cyborgs, Dressed in holiday style …_ ---

Has this one been mentioned yet? Rolling Stones’ “Far Away Eyes”, the line about listening to gospel music on the \ radio station. I still can’t tell if he is saying “college” or “colored”. They both kind of make sense. ---

As a kid, I always thought the title of “Disco Inferno” by The Trammps was actually “It’s Going Vinyl”. As in a record. Meaning the song would eventually make it to vinyl records. Clearly I was not a very bright child.
