From a different era, [Sonja Henie](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sonja_Henie), although the wiki article doesn’t have very good pictures. I always liked her myself. I second the nomination of the back-flipping French figure skater [Surya Bonaly](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Surya_Bonaly) . During the opening ceremony, I thought that the Jordanian flag bearer, Zeina Shaban, was looking pretty good. Can’t find any pictures to reflect that, though. Now I’m left hoping that [Allison Stokke](http://thenastyboys.files.wordpress.com/2008/03/allisonstokke.jpg) qualifies for London so we can see more of her.
