With apologies to **Freudian Slit** …But the term _does_ predate you.😃 I was talking with my girlfriend the other day and mentioned an old high school friend (call her Gena) of mine that she and I saw at a wedding last year of another friend (call him Larry). Here is the exchange: Me: Well it looks like Gena is getting a divorce GF: Who’s Gena? Me: Oh, you know. You met her last year at Larry’s **funeral**. GF: … Me: Uh, wedding, not funeral.:smack: As the GF and I aren’t married yet, you can imagine the look I got. ---

Perhaps this is a little TMI, but for some reason the boyfriend and I were talking about vaginas. :dubious: Me: I dunno, I think they look a bit weird, aesthetically speaking. Him: Yours don’t. Uh, doesn’t. :smack: ---

I recently had a slip up - attempted to imitate a newly joined and colorful doper in the “service persons/stories” thread. (That’s okay, things were amended quickly by another doper who was on duty and on the ball) um, great idea for a thread! 🙂 ---

Not my own, but one I quite literally LOL’ed at when told it: An online friend was recommending to me a story called “The Stuff That Dreams Are Made of” – in which the protagonist finds the ideal guy, physically as well as emotionally. Unfortunatly my friend made one reduplicated typo in writing the story title, and came out with “The Studd That Dreams Are Made of” 😃
