I believe the source is the book “Game Change”, and those things are cited in this [NYT article](http://thecaucus.blogs.nytimes.com/2010/01/09/2008-campaign-all-over-again-in-new-book/). It’s really not accurate to say that she didn’t know NK and SK were different countries. Sounds like she didn’t know how they ended up being different countries.
