**Frequent Fryer.** Around 50 or so menu items, each one bite-sized and ready for the deep fryer. Mushrooms, Tater Tots, pickle chunks, shrimp, chicken nuggets, cheese curds, Oreos, Mac and cheese bites, okra, onion bites, etc. etc. Everything fried. Whatever your pleasure, comes in a small, medium, or large cup. Maybe a few dipping sauce options. Soft drinks too. That’s it. mmm ---

Ceviche Hut. Honestly, I ate at a place in Panama that served nothing but ceviche, as fresh as the new day. (Well, and beer.) They had like ten different varieties, served in five different sized cups. Man, that was the best thing I ate that entire trip, and that’s saying a lot. ---

I would open a Japanese convenience store, but only with the prepared food, and with a drive-through. So, sushi, skewers, onigiri, sandwiches, fried chicken, seaweed salad, maybe some oden soup. ---
