Lucid, **IF** what you have related is accurate or even true, the only real complaint you have is the competence level of the driver. I can understand the bus driver not remembering if her bus happens to stop on the corner where Joe’s Variety Store is located, but an airport?! When I go down Cicero Ave., I tend to notice that I’m passing Midway Airport. It’s not exactly an obscure entity! LOL So, a complaint about that, and only THAT seems to be warranted along with a reprimand from her superior. Actually, had it been me, I would have just raised my voice and asked, “Does anyone here know if this bus goes to the airport?!” I’m confident that at least one passenger, anxious for me to produce my ticket and get the hell out of the way, would have given me an answer forthwith. Had you done that, you could have either presented your tickets and taken your seats, or left the bus to wait for the correct bus to arrive. I’m afraid that I have to agree with the others here in saying you have managed to make Mount Everest out of a molehill. ---
