I’d build a horse stable fit for Pegasus. Then I’d buy/bribe/kidnap if need be several of the White Stallions, their grooms, trainers, etc. I could have the horses perform whenever I liked; visit them any time I wanted; and one of them would be mine to ride. Of course there’d be an indoor riding arena modeled after the one in Vienna; lots of land and trails, my house, housing for staff. I’d add other horses now and then. An Akahl Teke or three would be nice. And a Morgan for sidesaddle. Custom made tack and riding clothes. This may not be as mega as the OP asked for, but it’s mega enough for me. ---

The single largest collection of automatic weapons possible and at least 1000 rounds per firearm. I owned one back in the days of my Just-Past- Youth and I get to fire some now and then. To be able to afford a Lewis, Ma Deuce, BAR, MP-40, Vickers, and the list goes on and on and --------- But tanks could be fun as well. ---

I hate flying. I’m building my own custom train, along with constructing a private (and very secure) high-speed railway connecting me — and only me — to all of the nation’s major cities. The train has a car for transporting vehicles, a kitchen where personal chefs recreate all of my favorite meals, luxury accommodations for all of the staff to keep them happy, a gaming car, a theater car, and separate living quarters for the cats (because they’re annoying to travel with). Oh, and also COLOR TV by RCA. ---

Okay, after the philanthropy is done, primarily nursing scholarchips named for my mother, I’d like some fine jewelry. If possible I’d like some reproductions of some of the well known pieces owned by Queen Elizabeth II. There’s this amethyst necklace, and a sapphire necklace I saw pictures of her wearing. Oh, and the Cambridge Lover’s Knot tiara. I’d also like to build a house with a large, professional kitchen, a huge library, and several guest rooms. ---

Yeah, I want a modern day version of that! **Sleep Chamber** Basically a giant pod with a bed inside. Private island with both an aboveground luxury resort and an underground secret base with uniformed minions and hidden dock for my superyatchs. But the idea to privately endow a whole University sounds especially good too. The prestigious JRDelirious University, with a faculty of Nobel prizewinners and a perennial NCAA/CFP championship contender teams the Wonder Wombats. On the side, make the sons of Hugh Hefner an offer they can’t refuse, have them haul ol’ dad off to a nice quiet facility, take over Playboy and bring back the nekkid girls. Just use it as a vanity writeoff. (as for the earlier proposals of a large racially diverse harem, this last one AND the aforementioned university could go nicely towards assembling it… but would it not kind of fall into my lap anyway once I’m known to be a billionaire?) ---
