Medium Rare Prime Rib for me too please, but with: Baked potato, smothered in butter and sour cream and chives. Some corn on the cob…more butter. A giant iced tea. And to finish it off, a huge slice of chocolate cake with fudge frosting, and a tall glass of cold milk for dessert. ---

My last meal? Scrambled amoeba. That is, hamburger hash and mashed potatoes, all mixed together. Add corn and a drink on the side. It’s comfort food, my favourite meal. And where better to have comfort food than death row? ---

Peanut Butter and Jam Sandwich Barbeque Potato Chips One can of King Oscar Sardines 2 Glasses of Chocolate Milk and/or Chicken Fried Steak with lots o’ chicken gravy Jo-Jo’s sitting in the chicken gravy (on the same plate) Ketchup on top of both 1 Large Chocolate Milk Shake For Dessert: One slice of warm apple pie topped with a slice of cheese (all covered with a warm cinnamon sauce) 1 large, cold glass of whole milk Burrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrp!!! Y’all need to look at this section from Wikipedia: "Restrictions In the United States of America most states give the meal a day or two prior to execution, and use the euphemism “special meal”. **Alcohol or tobacco is usually denied**. An unorthodox or unavailable request will be replaced with a substitute. Some states place tight restrictions. For example, **Texas limits last meals to food available within the prison system** , though occasionally brings in food “from the free world”. **In Florida, the food for the last meal must be purchased locally and the cost is limited to $40. In fact, Maryland does not offer the condemned a special last meal**." (bolding mine) I seem to remember that Steven Oken, who was executed in Maryland, had the regular meal that included a chicken patty, gravy, and milk. (My claim to fame is that I graduated high school with him.) ---

Interestingly, Peter Cavill owned the Norman Hotel before selling a couple of years ago, which explains the quality of their steaks. Try Cav’s at Labrador for a good BCH-style steak these days. ---

I’d be going big. Real big. 1 Bacon Cheese Burger cooked just slight of medium, with Bacon. (Lettuce and Tomato) Sushi. Uni, Unagi, Sake, Sake Roe, etc. Lobster - a **big** one. King Crab Legs A big, juicy steak. Baked Potato. Fries. A few dozen different deli sammiches. Lox & Cream cheese on bagels - actually, Just bring me a platter. I’ll make that myself. Poppy seed bagels, lox, lettuce, tomato, onion, etc. Probably more I can’t think of, but I’m sure that I’d manage to come up with some more foods… Oh, and trust me, if I’m getting cooked in two hours, I’ll eat every last bite. When I get fried, I want to be one stuffed turkey. ---
