i’m not the sharpest knife and often i’m in the car when i realize i forgot something inside. i run in and get it and when i get back i quote to my wife’s annoyance and my kids amusement “Having RE disposed of the monster, exit our hero through the front door, stage right!” Then i start singing “Oh I’m headen for my bedden, where i’m bedden for tonight. I’m headen for my bedden where i lay down sleepy tight.” sometimes i go with the “Having Re RE disposed of the monster, exit our…here…row.” also a favorite from the baby chicken hawk “Are you coming quietly, or do i have to mush you up!” ---

“You might rabbit, you might…” A quoite from memory of when Bugs was tormenting some gangsters. He told them to hide in an old stove and when the cops came and questioned him he’d say 'Would i light this stove if my good friend Rocky were hiding in it?". The cop said the line I quoted. I use it when my wife denies doing something…like “Honey did you volunteer me to help move the neighbor’s couch, because that kind of pisses me off”. When she says 'Would I do that without asking you first?" i always say “You might, rabbit, you might.” she didn’t get it until we actually saw the episode together on a DVD. She also doesn’t get it when I say “I’m going to blow up the earth” and “At long last my dream come true…the Illudium Pu-36 Explosive Space Modulator!”. ---

I worked in a kitchen in college, and my boss was making his best dish in the world, this weird spinn-off of Duck Confit. He asked me to pass the duck seasoning, and I instantly shouted back WABBIT SEASONING. Everybody about hit the floor laughing when I did that. ---
