# You've come a long way baby, or Guin cringes at her old threads

Yes, it’s an old thread, in the Pit, against a total nutbar. What I’m cringing about is how stupid and emotional my arguments seem now. I mean, I still feel the same way as I did then, but I think I’ve DEFINITELY learned to express myself better, be more accurate and use cites more often. I also think I’m calmer and will retract an argument if I can’t find a concrete site on it-even if I still believe that what I said was true. At least, I hope so.

Perhaps I should look up some of my other old arguments…YIKES!!!

Oh man, I’d forgotten all about that turd RosieWolf. Thanks a million for reminding me, Guin, i just read all nine pages again.

Oh, and no worries about your debate in the middle of that thread, I could have claimed to have cured AIDS and cancer, and that I could fly and that still would have been overshadowed by the idiocy of Rosie.
