How would I use healing hands?

Todd Rundgren’s album Healing was a concept album on this very topic. The protagonist is granted the power of healing, and it proves to be as much of a curse as a blessing. He toured it a year or so ago, with a choir and a really amazing band.
I’d go around with a holier-than-thou attitude, healing the sick, and be hailed the rest of my life as a modern-day Jesus. Or Jesusita, as it were. I’d aim to be set for life after selling the movie rights to my ghostwritten-novel.
