# Yukos, Baikal, etc. - anybody up to speed?

Anybody feel up to giving a “what’s known” rundown of the Yukos case?

I personally have no way of knowing if their tax liability is anything like what the Russian government claims. And there’s no shortage of speculation that the whole roadshow is a politically inspired vendetta against primary owner Khodorkovsky. And who the heck is Baikal Finance Group?
