# Zap2It (television listings) Alternative?

Yes it is, except for the fact that every time I add a show to “my favorites”, it wouldn’t show up the next time I open the website. …other than that I have no complaints at all, its fantastic compared to the new one Zap has made.

The Favorite Programs link and My Faves page seem to have disappeared from the Yahoo site a few months ago. It’s been barely functioning for a while now but there’s no longer a link to the page at the top of the listings or anywhere else except when you click on the listings page to open the info on a specific program. Then it’s briefly highlighted on the Listings page until the next time the page reloads.

It was probably part of Zap2It’s software and they decided to eliminate it. Just another “site improvement” like the ones they made 2 months ago to the WGN-TV website’s Weather pages. And I’m sure it won’t be the last of the changes to the Trib Corp’s websites.

Thanks for that info…its a shame though. Guess we have to be grateful to Yahoo for giving us all the other normal things we had before. Just hope it lasts. :dubious:
