# Zen V Plus MP3 Player

Anyone have one of these and are you finding the volume insufficient?

I went to the Creative Media website to try to find a fix, but all I found was a way to upgrade the album art by downloading new firmware.

There are “fixes” for low volume on other Zen models, so why not this one, or am I missing it?
