Hector is still around. The authors just haven’t been doing many “male friends” topics lately. We haven’t seen Jeremy’s brother in a loooong time, either.

He’s in college, I believe. He shows up periodically as a huge, confident, good looking guy that we only see from the neck down. I’d guess that’s meant to imply that Jeremy is intimidated by him and finds him sort of remote.

And we have seen his face. And met his room-mate at college, who is…Cambodian?American, I believe. Something like that, because Walt says something to him like “I feel sorry for your people,” and the room-mate replies “The people of Orlando thank you.” 😃

As much as I do identify with Jeremy’s parents, I’d like to see more of Hector.
And I think I’ve only seen Chad maybe twice.
I cut out that one strip about how The Music You Are About To Hear will 1) remind you of your youth or 2) remind you of a Toyota commercial.

[Chad and Jeremy](http://www.chadandjeremy.net/cj/) are/were a 60 folk act. IIRC, they even had a guest shot on Batman.
I have no idea if this is the inspiration for their names or not.
