While I have jackcrap up on the site (it was sorta one of those, “I’m a geek, I need a website, even though I have no use for one and will never update it” things) I _do_ think the graphic is kinda cool. A guy I met in a chat room made it for me. ---

As a geek, I hereby declare that monkeys are, as the kids say these days, “teh suck.” And those who try to up their geek cred by pushing monkeys (like, say, [ThinkGeek](http://www.thinkgeek.com/) or [Webmonkey](http://www.webmonkey.com/)) are my sworn enemies! However, it is true that pirates absolutely rule (if you have to ask why, you’ll never know), ninjas have [Real Ultimate Power](http://www.realultimatepower.net/) and zombies… well… OK, they’re not really that cool. But they do show up in certain video games which are popular with some geeks. ---

If this thread doesn’t generate decent adds nothing will. Aren’t monkeys something that everyone likes, surely that would make them non-geeky as they aren’t exclusive to geeks and 12 year old boys. ---

Monkeys are too much like some half - finished humanoid creature, they move in a weird frantic crackhead way, they’re hairy and have pointy teeth. They’re creepy.
