Star Wars Contemporary (Real Life) Counterparts.

Okay, so a few of the characters in the prequels take digs at American politicians. The not-so-subtle ones:

Nute Gunray (The Neimodian Viceroy.)
Lott Dodd (The Neimodian Senator.)
Orn Taa (The Twi'Lek Senator.)

Any others come to mind? Not necessarily digs, or from the movies, either. "Captain Cole" (Terrorist leader who scuttles a Trade Federation ship) from Cloak of Deception would qualify, I reckon. (I listened to the audiobook to hype myself for ep. II. I'm so ashamed.)

Who's the "Sleazebaggano guy"?

I think it would be hard to find a Clinton type person in Star Wars as there is no sex in Star Wars. If anything I'd say Lando is more Clintony. He's slippery, he lies, can be bought, etc.

Of course Hillary is Jaba.
