I just left it on and I get that blue screen. I don't always have to do anything; it just happens. It's even happened again when I'm restarting my computer after the first time. In any case, there seems to be no rhyme or reason to it. Can you help?

I think you're referring to a Windows Blue Screen of Death. If that is the case, copy the message in white letters down and enter it, in quotation marks, as a search item at www.google.com, you may find a Microsoft page that addresses the particular problem you're experiencing.

Sorry Ringo...this was supposed to be a part of my original thread about getting errors with Windows ME. I tried going to Google but it seemed the site was down. I'll try later and thanks for the advice.
