to sound picky, but if they pay to settle a case they didn't really lose it... they just paid to end the thing. No judgement was handed down.

MSFT paid to settle, as well as to cooperate with AOL in certain areas moving forward.
That isn't losing a law suit. |

Gee, and I thought it was poor programming that kept Netscape off of computers...at least in versions 4 through 6...
Besides, the judgement was chickenfeed. |
