I’m on the 4th.

Yes, I am in the States. But no, I don’t want to hear that it makes me “a real life nephew of my Uncle–” Enough, already! Contrary to some people’s beliefs. It not amazing or cool that my birthday is on the 4th. It’s simply one of a possible 365.25 days on which I could have been born. No big deal.

I’m on the 1st (today). 25 years old.

Does anyone else get a bit depressed on their birthday? Nothing major, just that I end up reflecting on the last year and what I did and didn’t accomplish. Specifically, when I graduated, how many things did I think I’d accomplish before I was 25 that I haven’t yet done… I’m not trying to rain on anyone’s parade here, but I’ve noticed this happening to me the last 3 years or so…

jweb, it’s also my birthday today. 39. Strangely, 25 was the only time I really did feel…I wouldn’t say depressed, but…odd. Since then it’s been no big deal.

28 on the 14th. 10 years younger than Petey, and the grey hairs are getting to me too. At least they’re pretty well confined to my beard for now.
