Dit Da Jow vs. Thai Liniment vs. Epsom Salt

So, I was beating the heavy bags pretty good the other day and decided to throw in a kick. I lost my balance and instead of kicking with the top of my foot, did a pretty good job smashing the knuckes (if that’s the right term) where my toes connect to the foot. I gave it awhile to heal on its own, but now (a month later), I think I might have to step up (as it were) my treatments.

So: soak in epsom salt every night? Or apply Dit Da Jow or Thai liniment every morning and night?

What do you think? Thai liniment seems to actually be a brand name (at least as far as I can find in stores), but anyone know a good place in Chicago to get some Dit Da Jow?

I also recall hearing about DSMA (DMSA?) something like that? Sound familiar?
