Well if it does turn out to be BTK, and I hope it is, it's about damn time. I've read the accounts of what happened and it's about damn time.

I wonder when they'll release a name.

That was his preferred method of killing.

This guy terrorized Wichita and most of south east Kansas, disappeared for years and then started sending letters to local papers saying he was still out there.

Maybe the saying should be "publicity killed the cat".

But then this is quite a worrying circumstance IMHO. When that letter first came in I thought that it had to be a copycat or some deluded individual with a sick sense of humour. Then of course there was information of the case in the letter not divulged to the public which made me think that rather than being BTK, it was some form of protege. I never believed BTK would return without killing again. The letter always seemed very "attention-whorish". Because of this I've got this feeling that the man arrested may not be the real killer.
