Considering the fact that the virus creates zombies, it’s more likely to be written by someone who’s applying for the job of Resident Evil 5 scriptwriter than a legit issue. But it’s nicely done.
Of course it’s a prank; the IP address in the URL gives that away. And the improbable nature of the story, of course.
